Menu:

Gourmet Salad with local cheese from Daily Crisis Farms.

First Course: Homemade pizza with Vidal blanc, caramelized onions, prosciutto, and Gruyère cheese.

Second Course: Balsamic raspberry marinated, grilled chicken topped with goat cheese, sautéed kale, and drizzled with Paint the Town red wine reduction.
