Harford County Public Library presents History of the Negro Baseball Leagues on February 10 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Bel Air Library, 100 East Pennsylvania Avenue. Representatives from the Hubert V. Simmons Museum of Negro Leagues Baseball, Inc. will share the history of the Negro Leagues in Maryland. Their presentation will feature artifacts, pictures and video clips from the Simmons Museum.
