Intro to Thai Assisted Stretching Demo

Join Bridgette, a VSA-certified sound practitioner, 200-hr RYT, and trained Vedic Thai Stretch Practitioner, for a free, interactive demo of Vedic Thai Bodywork. In this hour-long session, Bridgette will introduce you to the transformative art of Assisted Yoga.

Vedic Thai Bodywork is a powerful modality that blends yoga-inspired stretches with the hands-on assistance of a trained practitioner. Performed on a comfortable cotton futon mat, this practice offers full-body support while using a variety of techniques that affect the fascial and skeletal systems to relieve pain, improve mobility, and balance the nervous system.

During the workshop, Bridgette will:
Explain some of the benefits of Vedic Thai Bodywork for physical and emotional well-being

Demonstrate how assisted stretches are done w/ effective using 3 effective protocols.

Walk you through a few gentle techniques and body mechanics she may use in a session

Whether you’re dealing with muscle soreness, joint pain, or just need a relaxing experience, Vedic Thai is adaptable to your needs.

This program is demonstrated in a multi-faceted approach including the potential for modeling, hands on demonstrations and on occasion you may be broken off into pairs for a deeper look.
