About
An annual multi day event that celebrates the past, present and future culture of the Havre de Grace waterfront. The festival kicks off on Friday evening with a lighted boat parade. Power boats and sailboats will travel along the shoreline to the Amtrak bridge and back while folks on land enjoy steel drum music, food trucks, vendors and beer garden. The boat parade will start at dusk.
