Phoenix Festival Theater Presents:
Follow the yellow brick road in this delightful stage adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s beloved tale, featuring the iconic musical score from the MGM film. The timeless tale, in which young Dorothy Gale embarks on a fantastical adventure with her loyal dog Toto, alongside the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion.

Together, they journey down the yellow brick road towards the Emerald City, seeking the help of the mysterious Wizard of Oz. The Wizard of Oz is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Tams-Witmark LLC. www.concordtheatricals.com.

Actors must be 18+ unless you are auditioning for a teen ensemble role.

* * Auditions are from 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM Monday December 8 and December 10, 2025, at 401 Thomas Run Road, Bel Air, MD 21015, Susquehanna Building Room 207. * *

Callbacks will be held 6:30 PM December 15, 2025, at 401 Thomas Run Road, Bel Air, MD 21015, Susquehanna Building Room 212.

The Wizard of Oz will be performed live at the Chesapeake Welcome Centers Theatre, March 6 – 15, 2026. Performances take place Fridays @ 7 PM, Saturdays @ 2 PM & 7 PM and Sundays @ 2 PM.
