Come join AL NAS Temple #255, AL NAS Court #240 and other community organizations as we promote a day of wellness, health education, free health screenings, valuable health information, free toys for all kids and an amazing panel of highly esteem health professionals speaking on the topics of health topics that concern you. We will have aerobic classes, yoga, Sweet Sensations Drill Team and so much more! This event is open to all. Registration is only $10 for adults and $5 for children 17 and under.
