Join Us for the St. Baldrick's Event at Looney’s Pub to Support Childhood Cancer Research
Bel Air, Maryland - March 8th, 2025

Every year, more children are lost to cancer than any other disease in the United States. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is dedicated to changing that by funding critical childhood cancer research, and you can help. The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity known for its head-shaving fundraising events, where “shavees” stand in solidarity with children who typically lose their hair during treatment. While these events are a lot of fun, the real goal is to raise money to fund research that will save kids’ lives.

On Saturday, March 8, 2025, the St. Baldrick's Foundation Event at Looney's Pub in Bel Air, MD, will raise money for research aimed at saving kids' lives. Head shaving will take place from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. but the event will run from 11 a.m. until closing. The celebration includes a Live D.J., Basket & Prize Raffles, a 50/50, Live stage auction, Prize Wheel, and food & drink specials all day. Two Live bands will also perform during the evening: Mad Decent & Kittyback.
"We are honored to be part of such a life-changing cause," said one of the event organizers Todd McKinney. "Every head shaved, every dollar raised, and every person who stands with us sends a powerful message of hope to children and families fighting cancer. It's a reminder that together, we can make a real difference. This event is not just about raising money—it's about giving hope to kids who deserve the chance to grow up and live healthy lives."
