Harford Plein Air Festival

Harford Plein Air is a painting competition that involves creating art in the open air. Artists from all over the US are juried into the competition through an application process. The selected artists are invited to paint various outdoor locations in Harford County and submit their paintings to be judged for prestigious awards. The paintings are sold at a gallery sale, with a portion of the art sales benefitting the Maryland Center for the Arts.
